Gib CodeBack

Terms of Service

Effective 29 August 2026. Operated by GE Labs.

Gib Code sells access to large language models with their refusal behaviour removed, plus a desktop agent that uses them. Buying credit or sending a request to our API means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

1.What we provide

An API key, a balance of credit, and an OpenAI-compatible endpoint serving the models listed on our site. The Gib Code desktop application is included at no extra cost. That is the whole of it: we run inference and hand back what the model produces.

The models are abliterated — the internal direction that produces refusals has been removed from the weights. They will therefore answer requests that hosted assistants decline. This is the product, and it is why the sections below matter more here than they would elsewhere.

2.Acceptable use

You may use the service for any purpose that is lawful where you are and where your work has effect. Security research, malware analysis, reverse engineering, penetration testing, competition and training exercises, and writing on adult or difficult subject matter are all expressly permitted — they are much of what the service exists for.

You may not use it to:

  • —attack, access, or disrupt systems you are not authorised to test
  • —produce sexual content involving minors, in any form or framing
  • —plan or carry out violence against real, identifiable people
  • —defraud, impersonate, or deceive people for gain
  • —build or refine weapons capable of mass casualties
  • —violate export controls or sanctions that apply to you

These limits are not the model’s. It will not stop you. They are ours, and breaking them ends your access without a refund.

One person per key. No reselling access, no sharing keys, and no unattended bulk traffic without written agreement from us. If a key is used by more than one person we may suspend it.

3.What you are responsible for

You are solely responsible for what you do with this service and for everything you produce with it. We provide a tool. What you ask it, what it returns, what you keep, and what you then do with any of it are your decisions and your responsibility alone.

GE Labs is not a participant in, contributor to, or party to your work. We do not review prompts before they run, we do not approve outputs, and we do not supervise how you use them. Nothing produced through this service is our statement, our advice, our endorsement, or our act.

You are responsible for confirming you have authorisation for the work you do — that you own or are contracted to test the system, that you hold rights to the software you analyse, that your research has the approvals it needs. We do not verify this and cannot.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GE Labs, its owners, and its staff from any claim, loss, liability, damage, fine, or legal cost arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or anything you produce or do with model output.

4.No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Language models produce confident text that is sometimes wrong. Output may be inaccurate, unsafe to run, legally problematic, or infringing, and it may be all of those while sounding correct. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it. Do not treat model output as legal, medical, financial, or safety advice — it is none of those, whatever it sounds like.

We do not guarantee uptime, throughput, latency, or that any particular model stays available. Models may be added, changed, or withdrawn. GPU capacity is rented from third parties and can be interrupted.

5.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GE Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the service — whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

6.Credit, payment, and refunds

Credit is denominated in Philippine pesos and drawn down at the per-token rates published on our site at the time of use. Rates can change; the site is the current source. Credit does not expire and is not transferable.

Credit is not refundable once any of it has been spent. Unused credit may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. If we suspend or terminate your access for breaching these terms, remaining credit is forfeit.

You are responsible for keeping your key secret. Usage on your key is billed to you, including usage by anyone you gave it to or who obtained it because you did not protect it. Tell us immediately if a key is exposed and we will replace it.

7.Privacy

We store what running the service requires: your email, payment reference, credit balance, and per-request token counts and timestamps for billing. We do not sell your data.

Prompts and outputs pass through our proxy and are processed on GPU capacity we rent from third-party providers. Do not send anything through this service that you could not tolerate being seen by an operator or exposed by a provider breach — no credentials, no personal data belonging to other people, nothing under an obligation of confidence you cannot risk.

8.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, for breach of section 2 or 3, for non-payment, for key sharing, or where we reasonably believe continued service exposes us to legal risk. We may also stop offering the service entirely; if we do, we will refund unspent credit.

You may stop using the service at any time.

9.Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revision. If a change materially reduces what you get, you may request a refund of unspent credit within 30 days.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
